We are in front one of the most vital releases of Chaval Records discography. The new release of record label based in Carabanchel quarter faces a concept that we cannot see, but that gives us a lifetime. The force of Ki. That energy that emerges from the cosmos to breathe life to living beings, whether by air, land, water or the food we eat. Ki is therefore life.

Ki is the original power manifested since the creation of the universe,  being our energy independent of time and space.

A new reference that hides in its back cover a monolith as representing the dawn of civilization. Wisdom loomed for the first time in our history with a simple form that nevertheless altered our brains and also introduced new knowledge that helped us surviving. One of those instructions, perhaps the most basic, is the use of tools. Knowledge, mystery and humanity. What comes to be the techno ultimately. The techno also gives us life.
If there is a society that knows the secrets and peculiarities of ki that is undoubtedly japanese people. Not for nothing, the international attraction of this new reference from the Madrid label has Japanese accent. It is the second time, since its founding in 2009, that  Chaval Records features a Japanese among its grooves. If last year was the samurai Ken Ishii who accompanied Victor Santana in the EP Hyperborea, in this first reference of the year for Chaval Records is Hiroshi Watanabe the new protagonist of this new installment of our favorite label from Madrid.
